Rhonda Erpelding

Rhonda earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood/Elementary from the University of Northern Iowa in 1998. She began her career in an Early Head Start/ Head Start program as a teacher and Program Manager. Rhonda continued to grow her leadership skills working at multiple non for profit and for profit early care and education centers totaling over 15 years of experience. In 2012, Rhonda earned her Master’s degree in Early Childhood from Capella University. For the last ten years, Rhonda has been overseeing grant projects/programs that support the health and wellbeing of children and their families in Kansas and Missouri.
